WIRELESS CELL MODULE EQUALISER

WIRELESS CELL MODULE EQUALISER

With the EVB624, it is possible to charge or discharge the cells to the same voltage level after replacing or maintaining the high-voltage battery. This is necessary after replacing the cells and also extends the service life of the high-voltage battery.

Separate charging and discharging processes

With separate charging and discharging processes and freely combinable equalisation channels, up to 24 cells can be equalised simultaneously.

Wireless network communication makes it easy to expand the number of equalisation channels.

Data backup

The software automatically saves historical equalisation records and offers two display methods: a curve chart and a bar chart.
It is also possible to export historical data to a USB drive in Excel format.

Battery types

The new EVB624 is compatible with a range of batteries, including ternary lithium and iron phosphate batteries, lithium titanate and lithium manganate batteries and other types.

Alarm settings

You can set different alarm conditions for voltage, current and temperature deviations. This enables early intervention and ensures the safety of the battery and device.

Monitoring the equalisation process

The system continuously transmits data on the voltage, current, charge and discharge status and capacity of each individual cell. This information is recorded and provided in real time during the entire equalisation process.

Security features

The new EVB624 is comprehensively protected against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, output short circuit, reverse polarity and overtemperature.
