Warranty/ Guarantee

*All fields must be completed. One form per complaint/device. Without a description of the fault – please send photos if possible – we cannot guarantee prompt processing! LAUNCH Europe GmbH provides a 24-month warranty on parts from the date of purchase, excluding consumables such as batteries and parts that have already been the subject of a complaint, which are covered by a 12-month warranty. Warranty claims can only be made upon presentation of the original invoice. If no sales invoice is submitted, the invoice date of LAUNCH Europe GmbH shall apply for determining the warranty period. All parts are always dispatched with an invoice. A credit note will be issued upon return of the defective parts and confirmation of a valid warranty claim. If no return is made within 4 weeks (8 weeks within the EU), a credit note will not be issued and the full invoice amount is due. /

LAUNCH Europe GmbH provides a 24-month warranty on parts from the purchase date stated on the invoice, with the exception of consumables such as batteries and previously refurbished parts, which have a 12-month warranty. To make a warranty claim, the original invoice must be presented. If no invoice is attached, the warranty period ends in accordance with the invoice issued by LAUNCH Europe GmbH. All parts are dispatched with an invoice as a matter of principle. If the defective parts are returned and a decision is made that the case is covered by the warranty, a credit note will be issued. If the defective parts are not returned to LAUNCH Europe GmbH within 8 weeks (4 weeks in Germany), no credit note will be issued and the full invoiced amount will become due.
