With the latest laser and camera technology the X-931 NoTouch instantaneously takes measurement without the need to touch, push or prepare the vehicle in anyway. It significantly increases the workflow and efficiency. It provides five times faster measurement compared to conventional 3D Aligners with greater simplicity and ease of use. The X-931 NoTouch is exclusively delivered as complete integrated wheel alignment system with three different lift options. Assembly Requirements

Sliding Panels

The existing platform must have sliding plates for the rear axle

Turntables

The platforms must have a recess for the turntables at the front (L=40 cm, W=40 cm, H=5 cm)

Distance between stage columns min. 270 cm

The distance between the right and left stage columns must be at least 270 cm

Max. 2mm diagonal height difference

The diagonal height difference from the turntable at the front to the sliding plate at the back must not exceed 2 mm

The diagnostic software uses specific diagnostic aids to provide the required information for each make and model, such as the height of the calibration panel, distance to the vehicle, etc. These are required for the correct positioning of the calibration panels and guide you step by step through all the work steps.

At the end of the calibration, it is also possible to print out a report for the customer as proof of all the procedures carried out.
