ADAS PRO+ Calibration Report
The ADAS calibration report documents the calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) carried out in a vehicle.
A typical ADAS calibration report contains the following information
- Vehicle details
- Type of ADAS calibration
- Calibration standards
- Calibration instruments
In addition, the exact calibration procedure is described. The report contains the results of the calibration, including any error codes that occurred during the process and whether the calibration was completed successfully. Via the main menu, the user can access the toolbox area with a single click, where the ADAS calibration is stored as a software function. Thanks to the intelligent ‘step-by-step’ instructions, the user is optimally supported in the alignment of the ADAS and the calibration process.

Easy Replacement of the Calibration Plates
Replacing the ADAS PRO+ calibration panels is quick and easy, yet highly precise. Thanks to magnetic recesses on both the ADAS and the panels, replacement is precise yet quick. Large panels are mounted and centred using a simple clamping device.
Highest Precision 3 x Laser Rangefinder
The ADAS PRO+ is optimally aligned in front of the vehicle using the laser rangefinder included in the scope of delivery. This precise alignment is the basic prerequisite for subsequent, successful calibration.
Left and Right Fine-Tuning Position
After the basic alignment in front of the vehicle, the X-431 ADAS PRO+ can be precisely aligned with the vehicle using the fine adjustment to the left and right.
Front and Rear Fine Tuning
The distance to the vehicle can also be precisely adjusted forwards and backwards using the fine adjustment of the X-431 ADAS PRO+. This ensures that all reference values for the calibration process of the respective assistance system can be optimally set.
Centring Laser
The X-431 ADAS PRO+ is centred in front of the vehicle using the centring laser. This is particularly necessary for calibrating the front radar or a new front camera.
Large and Small Calibration Panels
The X-431 ADAS PRO+ comes with both large and small calibration panels, which are optimally and safely stowed away in a robust aluminium transport box.
Fine Adjustment for Parallel Alignment
After the basic alignment of the X-431 ADAS PRO+ in front of the vehicle, you can easily fine-tune it precisely to the vehicle using the parallel fine adjustment.
Fine Adjustment to Left and Right
After the basic alignment of the X-431 ADAS PRO+ in front of the vehicle, you can adjust it precisely to the vehicle using the fine adjustment to the left and right.
Fine Adjustment to Front and Rear
After the basic alignment of the X-431 ADAS PRO+ in front of the vehicle, you can adjust it precisely to the vehicle using the fine adjustment to the front and rear.
