Das X-431 ADAS PRO+ ist ein hochpräzises, professionelles FAS-Kalibrierungswerkzeug, dass die Anforderungen der täglichen Kalibrierung für Autowerkstätten und Glasereien erfüllt. Es besteht aus Grundrahmen, Radklemmen, Laser-Entfernungsmesser, und Kalibrierungsziel. Es bietet eine multidirektionale Feinabstimmung – horizontale, vorne und hinten, rechts und links. Das X-431 ADAS PRO+ ermöglicht die Kalibrierung von FAS-Systemen wie:

The ADAS calibration report documents the calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) carried out in a vehicle.
A typical ADAS calibration report contains the following information

The ADAS calibration report documents the calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) carried out in a vehicle.
A typical ADAS calibration report contains the following information
- Vehicle details
- Type of ADAS calibration
- Calibration standards
- Calibration instruments
In addition, the exact calibration procedure is described. The report contains the results of the calibration, including any error codes that occurred during the process and whether the calibration was completed successfully. An ADAS calibration report is important to prove that the calibration was carried out correctly and to ensure the safety and functionality of the ADAS system in the vehicle. It also serves as proof for insurance claims or warranty claims in connection with ADAS components.

Einfacher Austausch der Kalibriertafeln
Der Austausch der ADAS PRO+ Kalibrierungstafeln verläuft schnell, einfach und ist dennoch hochpräzise. Dank magnetischer Aussparungen sowohl am ADAS, als auch an den Tafeln, ist ein Austausch präzise und dennoch schnell erledigt. Große Tafeln werden mit einer einfachen Klemmvorrichtung montiert und zentriert.
Höchste Präzision 3 x Laser-Entfernungsmesser
Mit Hilfe der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Laser Entfernungsmesser, wird das ADAS PRO+ optimal vor dem Fahrzeug ausgerichtet. Diese präzise Ausrichtung ist die Grundvoraussetzung für eine spätere, erfolgreiche Kalibrierung.
Linke und rechte Feinabstimmungsposition
Das X-431 ADAS PRO+ lässt sich nach der Grundausrichtung vor dem Fahrzeug komfortabel über die Feineinstellung nach links und rechts präzise auf das Fahrzeug ausrichten.
Vordere und hintere Feinabstimmung
Auch die Distanz zum Fahrzeug kann über die Feineinstellung des X-431 ADAS PRO+ nach vorne und hinten präzise eingestellt werden. Auf diese Weise wird gewährleistet, dass alle Richtwerte für den Kalibrierungsprozess des jeweiligen Assistenzsystems optimal eingestellt werden können.
Zentrierlaser
Mit Hilfe des Zentrierlasers wird das X-431 ADAS PRO+ mittig vor dem Fahrzeug ausgerichtet. Dies ist insbesondere für die Kalibrierung des Frontradars oder einer neuen Frontkamera notwendig.
Große und kleine Kalibrierungstafeln
Im Lieferumfang des X-431 ADAS PRO+ sind sowohl große, als auch kleine Kalibrierungstafeln enthalten, die in einer robusten Aluminium Transportbox optimal und sicher verstaut werden.

Nach der Grundausrichtung des X-431 ADAS PRO+ vor dem Fahrzeug, können Sie es komfortabel über die parallele Feineinstellung präzise auf das Fahrzeug abstimmen.
