As Director CEE (Central & Eastern Europe), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our business activities across Central and Eastern Europe. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen our sales structures, and build a high-performing, scalable business unit.
In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working closely with executive management and our international teams.
Your Responsibilities – Lead with an Entrepreneurial Mindset and Drive Sustainable Growth
- Overall Responsibility for the CEE Region: Take full responsibility for revenue, budgets, profitability, and the overall business performance of the CEE Business Unit.
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement a sustainable growth strategy for the CEE markets, covering Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales.
- Expansion of B2B Sales: Optimize existing indirect sales structures, strengthen distributor and partner networks, and develop new key accounts and market opportunities.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the CEE team while establishing effective structures across Sales, Operations, Customer Relations, Marketing, and Service.
- Business Unit Development: Implement efficient processes, clearly defined responsibilities, and KPI-driven management and reporting systems
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and develop targeted initiatives to strengthen our competitive position.
- Customer and Partner Relationships: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong, sustainable, and commercially successful relationships with business partners.
- International Collaboration: Act as the key interface between the CEE region, executive management, and international departments.
Your Profile – Industry Expertise Meets Leadership Excellence
- Several years of experience in a senior sales or management position, ideally with regional revenue and P&L responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, particularly B2B sales through distributors, dealers, and business partners.
- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and diagnostic technologies, ideally combined with knowledge of LAUNCH products and solutions.
- Proven track record in building and developing sales organizations, business partner networks, and regional markets.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business strategies into measurable results.
- Extensive leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including experience with KPIs and financial performance indicators.
- Native-level Polish proficiency (mandatory) and business-fluent English (mandatory).
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field. Additional qualifications in sales management are an advantage.
