LAUNCH CEE is looking for a Sales Area Manager to support the expansion of our business across Southern Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Your Role
We are looking for a proactive, independent, and results-driven sales professional who combines strong commercial skills with a passion for building lasting business partnerships.
Our requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and developing relationships with business customers.
- Very good command of English and either Czech or Slovak, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- A proactive mindset, independence, and excellent organisational skills.
- A valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket sector.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, workshop equipment, and service tools.
- Experience working with distributors, automotive wholesalers, or workshop networks.
- Understanding of the Czech and Slovak automotive markets.
