Your tasks

  • Identifying and approaching potential customers in Eastern Europe
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Developing sales strategies and conducting negotiations
  • Achieving sales targets and turnover growth in the region
  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations
  • Travelling in the region to acquire and service customers
  • Attending or organising regional trade fair events

Your profile

  • Completed studies or comparable education in the field of sales, business administration or related subjects
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in Eastern Europe
  • Proven success in building and developing customer relationships
  • Proven language skills in Eastern European languages
  • Business fluent in German or English
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working
