Sales Manager (m/w/d) Eastern Europe
LAUNCH Europe GmbH is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specialised in the Eastern European market. As Sales Manager Eastern Europe you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding sales channels and supporting existing customers.
Your tasks
- Identifying and approaching potential customers in Eastern Europe
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Developing sales strategies and conducting negotiations
- Achieving sales targets and turnover growth in the region
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Working closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations
- Travelling in the region to acquire and service customers
- Attending or organising regional trade fair events
Your profile
- Completed studies or comparable education in the field of sales, business administration or related subjects
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in Eastern Europe
- Proven success in building and developing customer relationships
- Proven language skills in Eastern European languages
- Business fluent in German or English
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent and result-oriented way of working
